Vendor Advisory — Technology, Rewards & Travel Incentives
Requirements, shortlists, vendor introductions and scoring. RFP development and execution. Your pocket SME — guiding you through frameworks, integrations, data strategy and best‑fit technology without vendor bias.
Most loyalty and incentive advisors in Australia are paid by the technology vendor they represent. Their job is to sell a platform — not design the behaviour change you actually need.
I have competed and won against the full suite of technology, reward and travel incentive providers in the B2B Loyalty/Incentives/Rewards landscape.
People win new business, not businesses. I point you to the best people in the best businesses.
Vendor market expertise
- Full mapping of Australia’s B2B loyalty, channel rewards and incentive (travel and full suite) vendors
- No B2C‑first platforms — only true B2B capability
- Vendor matching based on budget, culture, integrations, commercial model and industry
Example: Automotive sector
In 2026 I introduced a new car manufacturer to the vendor behind Toyota & Lexus’ national dealer program (20+ years). They loved what they heard and are now working with this vendor. Demonstrates the value of deep market knowledge and trusted networks, of which I have 1000’s across multiple industries.

- 05Commercial alignment: ensuring platform capability matches program mechanics and behaviour‑change goals
I served as the B2B Loyalty SME for Tabcorp’s national trade‑channel program, supporting Head of Retail Development, Amanda Budden, across vendor selection, RFP design and final recommendation.
Once the vendor was appointed, I acted as the independent architect ensuring scope alignment, integration clarity, data strategy, partner‑experience design and commercial fit.
I led pilot design, 360‑degree feedback, optimisation and national rollout across 3,500 pubs, clubs and hotels. My role ensured the technology vendor stayed on track, treated Tabcorp as a priority client, and delivered a platform capable of supporting the behaviour‑change mechanics required, as well as hosting, promoting and fulfilling $50m of rewards per year through the trade rewards program/platform.
“His independence, clarity and ability to keep both Tabcorp and the technology vendor aligned to scope were invaluable. The program launched successfully across 3,500 venues, and Mark’s expertise ensured the vendor treated Tabcorp as a true priority partner.”
